HR Select — candidate assessment platform

An online testing module extracted from an OpenCart site and rebuilt as a standalone multi-tenant web application: candidate tickets for ability and knowledge tests, drag-and-drop ranking questionnaires, reports for HR and an admin area. In production at hr-select.ru.

The online testing module lived inside an OpenCart site. The task was to extract it into a standalone multi-tenant application that other sites can plug into. Built: candidate tickets (abilities and knowledge), ranking questionnaires with drag and drop that also work without JavaScript, reports and results for HR, a super-admin and email templates. Acceptance goes page by page, on a schedule per page.
