Consent to personal data processing
By ticking the box under the request form on archifex.space you give this consent freely, of your own will and in your own interest. It is a standalone document, as Article 9 of Russian Federal Law 152-FZ requires.

Why
To contact me about my request, prepare a proposal for a website or application and, if we agree, sign and fulfil a contract.

Which data
Name; the contact I gave (email, phone, Telegram, WhatsApp); my message; my answers in the style quiz and the chosen style and package; how I reached the site (utm tags, referring site, landing page).

What may be done with it
Collect, record, organise, store, update, use to contact me, anonymise, block and delete — automated or not. Data is stored on a server in Russia. The operator may forward request details to himself and his team via Telegram for a quick reply. Nothing is shared with third parties for advertising.
- 5.
For how long
Until the request is answered and the work on it is finished; if a contract is signed, three years after it ends as accounting rules require; then the data is deleted or anonymised.
- 6.
How to withdraw
At any time by email to zemdenwork@gmail.com with “Personal data” in the subject. Processing stops and the data is deleted within 10 working days, except what the law obliges the operator to keep.
