The operator is sole proprietor Denis A. Zemtsov (Russian tax id 504036966254, registration 326508100184599). archifex.space is the portfolio and intake site of the Archifex web studio.

Your request. When you send the form or finish the quiz we keep what you typed: name, a way to reach you (email, phone, Telegram or WhatsApp), your message, the quiz answers, the chosen style and package.

Where you came from. Once, on your first visit, the browser remembers the link tags (utm), the referring site and the landing page, so we know which channel brings requests. This reaches us only together with a request.

Visits. If you pressed “Accept” in the banner, we count page views and actions on the site (quiz opened, example opened, order button pressed). Our own server does this; there are no Yandex, Google or other third-party counters. IP addresses are not stored and nobody is identified: the session id is random and lives only while the tab is open.

To contact you about your request and prepare a proposal; to understand which pages and channels work and make the site better. There are no other purposes.

Necessary: the chosen theme, the comfort-reading mode, your answer in the consent banner and the first-visit tag (utm / source). They make the site work and need no consent.

Analytics: switched on only after “Accept”. Choosing “Necessary only” turns visit counting off entirely. To change your mind, clear the site data in your browser — the banner will appear again.

Requests: while we work on them; if a contract is signed, three years after it ends, as accounting rules require. Visit data: 12 months, then deleted.

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent. One email is enough — we answer within 10 days. Deleting a request does not touch documents we must keep by law.
