Brought online payment back to a cosmetics store on old inherited code, then order sync, emails and subscriptions. Five stages with the same client since March.

2211 Cosmetics is a cosmetics store on a custom PHP CMS with monthly subscription sets. They came to us when online payment was down: five payment SDKs sat in the code and none of them took money.
The constraint
Someone else's decade-old code, undocumented, on shared hosting, with two databases and live orders every day. A rewrite was out of the question — fixes had to land without stopping the store.
What we did
Stage 1 — payment through the Alfa-Bank terminal, within a week. Stage 2 — order sync with MoySklad via payment callbacks (we found and fixed a bug that marked failed exports as sent), order and payment emails, registration with email verification, subscriptions. Then as the store asked: promo-code discounts in MoySklad, an email on subscription issue, a choice of products per subscription, bulk subscription issue across the customer base.
What the client got
The store takes money again, orders flow into accounting by themselves, subscribers are created without manual work. The relationship has run since March: five stages, three contacts on the client side, and every next request comes to us. As of August the account area holds four thousand accounts and almost two thousand subscriptions.
