Privacy policy

In short: we collect only what we need to answer your request and to understand how the site is used. Nothing is sold or shared with ad networks. The details below follow Russian Federal Law 152-FZ “On personal data”.

1. Who processes the data (operator)

Sole proprietor Denis A. Zemtsov, tax id 504036966254, registration 326508100184599.

Address: 5 bld. 6 Podolskikh Kursantov St., Moscow 117545, Russia. Email for data questions: zemdenwork@gmail.com.

archifex.ru and archifex.space are the portfolio and intake sites of the Archifex web studio.

2. Legal basis

Your consent — a separate document you tick under the request form (Article 9 of 152-FZ; the text is on the “Consent” page).

Performance of a contract with you, once we agree to work together (Article 6, part 1, item 5).

For visit counting — your consent in the “Accept” banner.

3. Whose data and which

All site visitors, without the banner: when a page opens, our server records the page address, the referring site and utm tags, language and window width. To count visitors per day, an irreversible hash is computed from the IP address, the browser string and a random key for that day; the IP address itself is not stored, the day key is deleted at the end of the day, and after that the hash cannot be linked to the address or to other days. No cookies or browser storage are used for this.

Visitors who pressed “Accept” in the banner, in addition: a random per-tab id, the sequence of pages opened, clicks on links and buttons (the button text and where it leads; nothing typed into fields is recorded), how far the page was scrolled, a hash of the browser string. If you then send a request, this session is linked to it. IP addresses are not stored.

People who send a request: name, the contact you gave (email, phone, Telegram or WhatsApp), your message, quiz answers, the chosen style and package, how you reached the site (utm, referrer, landing page), the date and version of the consent you gave.

Clients under a contract: the same plus the details needed for the contract and payment.

We do not collect special categories (health, beliefs) or biometrics and ask you not to send them.

4. Why

To contact you about your request and prepare a proposal. To sign and fulfil a contract. To understand which pages and channels work and make the site better. There are no other purposes.

5. What we do with it

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — automated or not.

The database and backups live on a server in Moscow (localisation rule, Article 18 part 5). Backups are encrypted.

Recipients: the hosting provider (server in Russia); the operator receives a new-request notification in Telegram with the name, contact and message so he can reply fast. Nobody else receives or buys the data; there are no ad networks or third-party counters (Metrika, Google Analytics) on the site.

6. Cookies and browser storage

Necessary (no consent needed, the site does not work without them): theme, comfort-reading mode, your answer in the consent banner, the first-visit tag (utm / source). They stay in your browser and do not identify you.

Analytics (only after “Accept”): a random session id that lives while the tab is open, and actions on the site: pages opened, links and buttons pressed, scroll depth. Our own server processes them. The visitor count without the banner (section 3) uses no cookies.

To withdraw analytics consent: clear the site data in your browser — the banner appears again and you can choose “Necessary only”.

7. How long we keep it

Requests: while we work on them, but no longer than 1 year after the last contact if no contract is signed. Under a signed contract: 3 years after it ends, as accounting rules require.

Visit data: 12 months, then deleted automatically.

Server technical logs (IP address, time, page address, browser string) are kept for 14 days to protect against attacks and to find errors, then deleted automatically. They are not used to count visitors or for analytics.

After the term the data is destroyed or anonymised.

8. How we protect it

HTTPS only. Access to requests by password, only for the operator and his team. The server is in Russia, kept updated and behind a firewall. Backups are encrypted. Database access is logged. Data is not given to anyone not named in this policy.

9. Your rights

You can: learn what data we hold about you and what we do with it; have it corrected, blocked or deleted; withdraw consent; complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.

Write to zemdenwork@gmail.com with “Personal data” in the subject. We answer within 10 working days. Deleting a request does not touch documents we must keep by law.

10. Changes to this policy

A new revision is published on this page with the date at the top. Material changes to the terms you consented to require a new consent.

11. Contact

zemdenwork@gmail.com for anything about your data. Postal address — see section 1.
