IT at MISIS is the student IT community of MISIS University: clubs, hackathons, projects, news. They needed a site that lives on its own: news from the Telegram channel lands on the page without manual posting, and the community team edits the content.
The constraint
Two languages, server-side rendering for search, and zero budget for separate hosting — everything on one server in Docker.
What we did
A monorepo of four services: a React 19 landing, a React 18 admin with JWT, a Go API (Chi + pgx) with PostgreSQL and Redis behind nginx, and a Python worker on Telethon that pulls posts from the channel and publishes them as news. The same handler → service → models pattern later became the base of Archifex.
What the client got
The itatmisis.ru site that updates itself from Telegram, and a team that edits it without a developer. From first commit to production — three months, January to March 2026.
