live site ↗The task
NeuroBoost is our own product: a planner for people with ADHD, autism and dyslexia, for whom ordinary apps do not fit. The calendar is the source of truth, tasks are bound to time, an evening reflection is part of the schedule.
The constraint
A product, not a project: there is no client to sign off — there are users who leave if a habit breaks. So a release goes through staging only and on an explicit «yes», never on a green CI alone.
What we did
A Go backend with migrations, React + TypeScript, PostgreSQL, a Telegram bot for reminders. Two environments: develop deploys to staging automatically, main to production. Before a release — a two-person pass over a checklist; in August such a pass stopped a release over the defects it found, which is the point.
What the client got
For a client this is a case about how we run long development: ten months, five hundred commits, sixteen schema migrations, not one lost database. Your project is run the same way after delivery.
